Hi friends, this is sugu, and you are the people waiting to reduce your weight.
That is very very simple, just follow, some tips given below,
- Plan
- Time
- Don’t refuse
- Eat slowly
- Avoid fat food
- Eat on time
- Keep an eye on your size
- Cut the snacks
If you want to reduce Your weight You should plan it well, and u should follow it correctly. For eg:- If your goal is to increase your physical
activity, then write down the type of activity you plan to do, how many times you can realistically do it each week,
and for how long each time. Start with small, short, and easier goals, and work you way up. And on food: plan what to eat today and what is healthy and which is not having fat
these are very important things.
Daily you should take 30 minutes to exercise, and most importantly you should select the correct exercise which should help in reduce your weight, and other things is you should change your exercise
do the same exercise like running walking swimming but it won’t help you immediately it will take sometime, so you should do exercise daily and wait for benefit and some 2 months.
Daily do your exercises, don’t refuse any exercise because if u refuse it one day also you can’t get the full benefit from it.
Eating slowly will help you better, it will reduce you calories level.
Avoid the fat food, like chicken, oily foods, and chocolates, icecreams, snacks.
Take your food ontime, don’t change the time and don’t whenever you want.
Watch your size weekly once, it should be reduced, if not you should have to take extra care on your exercises, and food habits.
You should take snacks whenever you want, don’t eat the snacks between the food.
